I literally just called because im trying to help someone and wanted to know general questions because the person im helping does not have a phone or know of any resources that will help them for their dental issues. I just called and the lady Teresa was rude all I asked was for general information so I know how to relay the info back or how can help the person and she said she can't talk to me and im like I just wanted information rude for no reason

Ministry Receptionist there are extremely rude like other people have mentioned. Update: A Woman by the name of -Teresa Williams- does not listen or answer questions correctly about lab work and doctor expenses they will not cover. She has a major problem of "grabbing" people and forcing them outside while tossing out their items. I sense out of her a lack of empathy, care and a severe nasty streak within her. Augusta State university administration needs to look over their actions and highly consider firing her for better leadership.

I’ve been here three times, and I will never go again. The lady Teresa at the front desk ruins the whole experience. They are supposed to help people who can’t afford to be seen at a traditional primary care. The doctors are good. I feel profiled because I have tattoos on my face and body. I’m rebuilding my life at a community rehab and the lady Teresa at the front desk is the nastiest nice person I have ever met. She would not give me my referral to another doctor until I could prove how I would pay for it. Personally my finances and how I pay my medical bills is no one’s business, I would never recommend this place to anyone.Teresa is super rude to me every time I go. I will find someone else to go or I won’t get medical help at all. I want to cry because of how that lady made me feel unworthy.

The receptionist there is very rude, my mom had an appointment and she wouldn’t let me in to speak with the doctor. Also, when I told my mom I will go outside because she always taught me to respect anyone older than me the woman came outside and grabbed my arm like she was redirecting to the car until I told her I was in the medical field I understand some doctor do not allow family in the room until after visits. Then she got loud and over talking me as if she was trying to belittle me because I’m younger. But what gets me is that she threaten to call 911 when I didn’t do any thing wrong. If it had a negative star I would truly choose it.

This place, this team of people are absolutely AMAZING and truly a gift from God. Their kindness, patience, knowledge, care, concern, and FAITH are worth more than their combined weight in gold. Thanks so much Ms Patricia for praying with me and thanks to all the other staff members for their smiles of encouragement and help behind the scenes. Dr. Moore and Dr. Klemann knew right away that I had a problem that had to be addressed right away and they wasted no time AT ALL in getting me to where I needed to be which turned out to be with Specialists that are just as extraordinary as they are. My medical journey started with them 2 weeks ago and the fact that I began with people of faith gives me hope and reaffirms my faith that God has my complete and speedy HEALING already prepared. I THANK GOD for them and their service and pray that He continues to bless this staff and center beyond measure.
